As part of Project TEACH, the team at C.A.P.E.S leads CME-certified education programs.  They are free to PCPs. This helps you acquire new skills and confidence in treating mental health concerns.

Four core training models serve as the base for our education. It includes focus on major depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and ADHD as they present in children and adolescents. These trainings are case-based and represent the real-world clinical situations you face in your daily practice.

As part of Project TEACH, we lead other, more specialized and in-depth programs. These are presented and led by experts in the mental health field. Topics include:
•    eating disorders
•    aggression
•    substance abuse
•    developmental delays
•    executive skill functioning
•    cognitive behavioral therapy

These training and education programs are ongoing and offered throughout our 23-county region.

If you would like to request a core training for your facility or you want to request a specific education tropic, please contact Michele Phillips at 518-584-3600, ext. 3310.
